About US

Balanced Frameworx (BF) mission is to provide Veteran, Elderly, Other amputees and limb-deficient individuals with funds to acquire and fix needed prosthetic limbs. The number of people needing prosthetics is staggering. According to Amputee Coalition almost 200K individuals per year in the US alone have amputations with a gross total of over 2M people in the US with missing limbs. When you consider someone with limb deficiency their body can't make simple micro-adjustments to stay upright, it can be debilitating and depressing. Having control of our body's balance is something many of us take for granted. So whether their limb deficiency was by birth, disease, tragedy or by accident we're here to fulfill lives by helping to provide that missing piece. Our goal is to put balance back into their lives by strengthening each frame through financial support. BF is here to enable people and restore their confidence by providing hope. THE TRUE REALITY

Many candidates are unable to get the care or tools they need for many reasons. There are barriers of emotional numbness, or they're psychologically paralyzed. Other obstacles might be prosthetic access/availability or compatibility, such as proper fit or function, but the bigger issue for others is cost.

there's hope

Like us, there are many organizations and corporations in a position to help. Our goal is to help funnel that into one of the many platforms to reduce the headache of searching for help. That's why were constantly looking for partners to contribute to our cause of helping to improve the lives affected by limb deficiency.

What is a prosthetic limb?

A prosthetic limb is an artificial replacement for a missing body part, more commonly an arm or leg. It's designed to allow amputees to walk, run, climb stairs, and perform daily activities they might not be able to do without assistance. Prosthetics empower amputees to live more independent lives, giving them the ability to move freely and participate in more activities.Depending on the complexity of the prosthetic, it can help restore lost functions, such as gripping objects with an artificial hand or simply being able to walk without assistance.Prosthetics can offer a sense of normalcy, reducing the social stigma associated with missing limbs while also boosting confidence and self-esteem. Prosthetics can increase hope in millions of individual lives.

FIT to COST

Every individual is built differently, and each limb deficiency is unique. This is why every situation is treated as a custom design, therefore increasing the cost of an artificial limb. This is also why mass production is limited to common parts, but not able to completely build a prosthetic.

POST PROSTHETICS

Once an individual is fitted with a prosthetic limb, therapy for learning how to use the prosthetic, such as walking, running, and going up and down stairs, is sometimes required. Additionally, ongoing care and adjustments will be essential to ensure optimal function and comfort. The body can change over time, and this can affect the fit and comfort of the prosthetic.
